Claims

At least two engagement claws of a loose-leaf binding binder are formed on the inner surface of the strong and flexible front cover, shoulder cover, and back cover, which are closer to the back cover. Both elongated retaining holes are drilled in the part, into which the upper parts of both engaging claws can fit, respectively.
A locking device for a front cover, characterized in that the side edges of the surface engaging holes are provided with small protrusions protruding from the side edges of the upper portions of the engaging claws so as to be able to slightly engage with the lower side surfaces thereof.
