Abstract

PURPOSE:To secure a gap for a plurality of spacers and to prevent the thermal deformation of the spacers by a method wherein the upper and the lower ends of the vertical spacers are connected to one another, respectively, and the spacers are arranged vertically within a combustion gas passage leaving the gap from the wall of the passage in such a manner that the spacers are allowed to expand thermally in the vertical direction. CONSTITUTION:In the heat exchanger in which a combustion gas passage is provided vertically and a coil-like heat medium passage 1 is arranged within the combustion gas passage leaving the gap 10 from the wall 2 of the latter, the spacers 15 each having a length equal to the vertical length of the gap 10 and whose upper and lower ends are connected to one another, respectively, are used to secure the gap 10. In this case, the spacers 15 are allowed to expand thermally in the vertical direction. Thus it is possible to secure the gap 10 and to obtain a spacer fixing structure with which no deformation of the spacers takes place.

[Field of Application of the Invention] The present invention relates to an instantaneous heat exchanger in which a passage for a heat medium formed by winding a pipe in a coiled IC is disposed in a combustion gas passage. In particular, the present invention relates to a heat exchanger for a water heater 4. [Background of the Invention] A conventional instantaneous water heater is inspected from Fig. 1 f7j. 1 is a water passage made of copper pipe wound into a coil shape and arranged vertically. With two heat-resistant heat shield plates, a gap is provided between the reverse waterway and the water passageway. The Powerful 3 is suspended from the top plate 4. It is done with the 5th part hand, the 6th place combustion chamber, and the 7th place exhaust vent. ,□・

Also, the water enters through the gate 11 and exits through the hot water outlet 12 while being heated and increasing in moisture content. ,,,,,,
