    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 外周円筒面に線材の一部が互いにほぼ密着した状態で複
    数回巻き付けられる垂直に配置された回転可能なドラム
    と、ドラム軸に一定のトルクを与える定トルク装置と、
    ドラムに巻き付けられた最も下側の線材を案内してドラ
    ムが１回転する間に線材を巻付ピッチ分だけ上昇させる
    ようにドラム外周に配置された複数個のガイド部材とを
    有する線材張力調整装置。
