  1. （１）配管出口から配管入口に通じるバイパス管を設け
    、かつ前記バイパス管を含む循環回路に温度センサーを
    取り付けた真空管コレクタ。
  2. （２）バイパス管に逆止弁を取り付けた実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載の真空管コレクタ。
