A blower room in which a heat exchanger that sucks in outside air, a blower that blows out the outside air that has been heat exchanged by the heat exchanger, and a partition plate that partitions the blower room and the machine room; a parts box that is attached to a surface on the machine room side and stores heat-generating electrical components; and a heat radiation fin that is attached to a surface of the partition plate on the blower room side at a position corresponding to the parts box. In the outdoor unit of an air conditioner, the partition plate has a plate portion having an acute angle with respect to the outside air suction surface of the heat exchanger, and the component box and the heat radiation fin are respectively attached to the plate portion.
