    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. パン生地用材料の練り容器とその底部に練り羽根を具備
    したものにおいて、練り容器の内面高さに対し練り羽根
    単品の高さを１０分の１以下とし、回転方向と反対方向
    に後退角を設けた練り羽根を具備したことを特徴とする
    パン生地練り機。
