間部に羽根車を軸止した回転軸を備えてなる歯科用ハン
ドピースの前記回転軸内に、付勢バネにより常時上方に
付勢されかつ前記回転軸の下端内周に形成した傾斜面に
合致する傾斜面と縦スリットとを下端部に夫々設けたチ
ャックスリーブを摺動可能に嵌挿すると共に、前記付勢
バネを回転軸の上端と前記チャックスリーブの上端に設
けた受部片との間に負荷状態に介在し、かつ前記頭部の
上端開口部に前記受部片を介してチャックスリーブを押
圧する押圧キャップを上下動可能に嵌着したことを特徴
とする歯科用ハンドピースにおける切削バーの着脱機構
