をもったバイパス管13を設けると共に該バイパス管1
3の下流側接続部位の下流側に水対水熱交換器14を設
ける一方、互に連通する冷温種部23と高温槽部24と
をも−った蓄熱槽20を設けて、該蓄熱槽20に、前記
低温槽部23から前記水対水熱交換器14を経て高温槽
部24に戻る第1熱交換回路31と、前記高温槽部24
から前倉己水対水熱交換器14を経て低温槽部23に戻
る第2熱交換回路32及び、これら各熱交換回路31.
32に水の流れを与えて前記水対水熱交換器14を作用
させる少なくとも一つの蓄熱槽ポンプ40とを設け、前
記冷凍機ユニット1と水循環ポンプ11及び前記蓄熱槽
ポンプ40を駆動し、かつ、前記開閉弁16を開いて行
なう蓄熱運転を、深夜電力で行なうごとく運転制御した
ことを特徴とする空気調和装置。
