The J# high tension construction method is adopted for the steel frames and steel pipes of these structures. This construction method involves making the parts of the structure that are to be connected unplated in advance, and then overlapping the surfaces of these unplated parts. This is a method of tightening bolts, etc. to increase the friction coefficient due to rusting, thereby strengthening the bond between the two. Masking 1 to obtain this non-plated area has traditionally been a two-component type of epoxy paint. To be used, mix the il + 2 liquids and dilute with bath salt; (
2) Paint this 3-4 times; (3) 3-16 coats per coat
+ 141 hours of curing treatment Because the paint forms a solid layer on the adherend such as an iron vibrator by passing through the galvanizing bath, a complicated process such as scraping off the solid layer paint with a grinder is required.

In the next plating step, the surface film layer 2 melts and floats on the surface of the zinc yukata. When the sheet-like base material 3 is an organic fiber such as cotton cloth, the sheet-like base material 3 is carbonized with the adhesive layer 4. Since this carbonized layer remains layered in the predetermined mask area, it exhibits the desired masking effect. This part is not plated with zinc. When the sheet-like base material 3 is an inorganic fiber such as a glass nonwoven fabric, the sheet-like base material is supported by the carbonized vlJr of the adhesive layer 4 without being carbonized. In this case as well, the carbide of the adhesive layer 4 forms a layer on the portion to be masked and exhibits the desired masking effect. In the finishing process after plating, this carbide is easily removed using a wire brush or the like.

This tape, J4UL in thickness, was wrapped once around the area to be masked of an iron plate with a width of 50 mm and a length of 400 mm, so as to fit in the gap 4. This was subjected to bath-dip galvanizing in the step shown in the light above.
However, even if the processing temperature and processing time are the most severe conditions, there is no damage to the tetrafluoroethylene copolymer film. Unacceptable force 1 - 0 Next, in the plating process, the adhesive layer is carbonized and this carbonized layer should be used as a predetermined mask.
The entire surface was covered with an amount of 1b, which was supported by the glass nonwoven fabric, and the desired masking effect was achieved. In the finishing process after plating, the carbonized layer was easily removed by lightly rubbing the glass nonwoven fabric with a wire brush.

Add 25g of isocyanate curing agent (trade name: Corofuitol, manufactured by Nippon Polyurethane Co., Ltd.) to the base ratio.
One is equipped. One glass woven fabric layered sheet on one side was obtained.
The strained tetrafluoroethylene copolymer film was laminated with a pressure roll at 100°C in the same manner as in Example 2. After the resulting laminated product was left for 24 hours, synthetic rubber was applied to the exposed surface of the nonwoven fabric. Adhesive′? r: 1 coat applied. All other operations were the same as in Example 2 to obtain a masking tape. As with Example 2, excellent masking effects were also confirmed for this tape.

精度を保持することができる0By using the masking tape or sheet of the present invention, not only can all the steps required for conventional paint-type masking be omitted, but it is also excellent in terms of safety and health as it is free of toxicity caused by organic solvents and hardening agent IC. It is possible to perform production under the environment. Furthermore, since no masking material that would stick to the layer is used in the plating process, the masking part can be easily exposed in the finishing process after plating, which greatly reduces the number of man-hours and prevents damage. 0 that can maintain the accuracy of the attachment
