従来この種球形タンクの組立て工法は第1図に示すよう
に、複数本の脚注1’を備えた中央殻板7を順次横方向
に接続してセンターリングを構成し、次にこのセンター
リングの上部に内面に複数本の支柱3’を備えた上部殻
板4’を搭載すると共にこれと上記センターリングの上
端部内面部ら継手部をストロングバッグ5’にて仮接続
しながらアッパーリングを構築し、あとは常法に従つて
トップクラウン6’を搭載溶接しまた下部殻板を溶接す
る前に上記支柱3’を除去してから下部殻板を順次溶接
していたものである。このように従来の組立て工法には
上部殻板を支持するための多くの支柱による仮支え工程
が要求され、更に中央と上部殻板の継子部の仮固定のた
めのストロングバッグの仮溶接が必要であるなど工程に
煩雑さがあり、また工期も比較的長期となるなど重大な
欠点があつた。

に仮溶接した相隣れるストロングバッグの中間部に位置
するストロングバッグを表裏交互に仮溶接した上部殻板
を載せ、センターリングの中央殻板の上端縁部を上部殻
板の表裏ストロングバッグにて、また上部殻板の下端部
を中央殻板の表裏ストロングバッグにて夫々互いに挟着
支持させ、上部殻板を順次横方向に溶接接続するととも
に、上部殻板とセンターリングを溶接してアッパーリン
グを構成し、このようにして順次アッパーリングを上方
に構築することにより従来技術の問題点を解消せしめ、
作業の簡略化と工期の短縮を計り、工費の低廉化を促進
しようとするものである。

によるダウンリングが常法により構築されて球形タンク
が得られるものである。尚上記ストロングバツグ3,5
はセンターリング上にアツパーリングが構築された段階
以後適宜なときに除去せしめられるものであつて、その
除去時は特定されないことは勿論のことである。

が簡単な手段によつてなし得られ、且つ経済的効果も大
きいなど優れた特長を有する。

殻板の表裏ストロングバッグにて夫々互いに挟着支持さ
せ、上部殻板を順次横方向に溶接接続するとともに、上
部殻板とセンターリングを溶接してアッパーリングを構
成し、このようにして順次アッパーリングを上方に構築
する工程と、最上段のアッパーリング上にトップクラウ
ンを常法により搭載溶接する工程と、センターリングの
下方に、下部殻板によるダウリングを常法により組立て
る工程と、上記仮溶接された各ストロングバッグを除去
する作業工程とからなることを特徴とする球形タンクの
組立て工法。
