なる如く巻き込み形成して成る筒状の接着剤付きロール
紙と、該接着剤付きロール紙軸心中空部に装着される摩
擦軸材と、〜摩擦軸材の装着された接着剤付きロール紙
を収納するための下面凹部の形成された把手杆付き外装
カバーとから成り、外装カバーに対して摩擦軸材を脱着
自在に固定することにより、摩擦軸材の装着された接着
剤付きロール紙の最外側接着剤面の一部が外装カバー下
面下方に突出状となり、且つ、同固定された摩擦軸材に
対して接着剤付きロール紙が回動する際に摩擦軸材外表
面により接着剤付きロール紙軸心中空部内接面に滑り摩
擦抵抗が生ずる如く、接着剤付ロール紙軸心中空部に接
する摩擦軸材の外形形状が規制されて成るジュータン用
