かも周方向に複数のねじ穴を有したダミー管と、該ダミ
ー管の外周に複数縦割構造でその幅端相互に間隔を有し
且つ前記ダミー管に備えたねじ穴に一致するねじ穴を有
する如く設けた断熱材固定板と、前記ダミー管と断熱材
固定板の両ねじ穴に螺合し他端にレンチ穴を有したスタ
ッドボルトと、断熱材固定板外周に設けた断熱材と、該
断熱材の外周に、複数縦割構造で且つ前記スタッドボル
トを介して前記断熱材固定板に連結可能に設けた中間支
持板とを備え、該中間支持板への断熱材固定板の支持に
より前記ダミー管を撤去可能に構成したことを特徴とす
