    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 発電素体を収納する正極端子兼用の外装缶と、中心透孔
    に絶縁材を介して負極端子を固着せる金属封口蓋とを具
    備し、前記外装缶の開口部に前記封口蓋を溶着して封口
    する電池であって、正極と外装缶及び正極と封口蓋との
    間に黒鉛よりなる保液層を配設してなる非水電解液電池
    。
