Claims (1)
形するダイヤフラムの動きをピストンの往復動に変換し
てリミットスイッチを作動させ圧力変化を検出するダイ
ヤフラム式圧力スイッチにおいて、略碗状の厚肉ダイヤ
フラムと、該ダイヤフラムの内側底面の中心に一体的に
モールド成形され前記ピストンの一端に当接するピスト
ン受板と、前記ダイヤプラムと対向配設され中心に穿設
しバ孔を前記ピストンが遊貫すると共に前記ピストン受
板の移動量を規制する第１の受圧板と、該第１の受圧板
と対向して配設され前記ピストンの他端が嵌合された第
２の受圧板と、該第２の受圧板と前記ケースの対向端部
との間に介在され前記第１の受圧板に前記第２の受圧板
を所定のばね圧で圧接させるコイルスプリングと、前記
第２の受圧板に対向配設され可動接点部が前記第２の受
圧板に当接するリミットスイッチと、前記ケースの端部
に装着され前記リミットスイッチを保持すると共に前記
第２の受圧板に対する位置を調整するホルダとを備えた
