置のブレード面と、トナー像担持体面とが接触して交わ
る交角が、該接点に関し未クリーニング側で鋭角になる
ように、前記ブレードの稜線で前記−一像担持体面を押
圧し、かつ前記ブレードを付勢する押圧部材を付設した
ブレードクリーニング装置において、複写作動の停止時
に、前記押圧部材の付勢を解除するようにしたことを特
