  1. 車両の運転席前方に位置するダッシュパネル上に回転自
    在に配設された遮光板、同遮光板を回動せしめる作動装
    置、同作動装置を作動せしめるとともに夜間走行を検出
    する夜間検出回路と車両の停車を検出する停車検出装置
    が直列に接続された作動検出装置を備えたことを特徴と
    する防眩装置。
