Its basic structure is to wrap a semiconductive tape, which is made by frictionally imimu or plastic mixture with a volume resistivity of 103 to 144 Ω1, on a woven or nonwoven fabric made of natural or synthetic fibers, and wrap it around the cable insulation. Semi-conductive tape is usually wound with a pitch of 115 to V15, which is the pitch of horizontally-wound copper wire, but both sides of the semi-conductive tape are smooth. In the process of horizontally winding copper wire with tape, there are two types of sheathing machines: one that rotates the feeding side of the cable, and the other that rotates the winding side.
Although it is conceivable to use a twisting machine or a twisting machine, the present invention relates to a method of transversely winding copper wire using a winding machine or a twisting machine that rotates the winding side. When winding semiconductive tape and horizontally winding copper wire using a winding machine or a twisting machine that rotates the winding side, conventionally, the tape is first wound on the insulated wire core as it rotates. In this process, a semiconductive tape is wound on a machine at a pitch of 20 to 60 mm, and then a copper wire is placed vertically on top of the tape and wound at a pitch that corresponds to the rotation of the insulated wire core.

The number of rotations of the tape winding machine that winds the semiconductive tape is a condition that determines the limit of the manufacturing speed, that is, a rate-determining condition.

The conventional manufacturing method described above requires a tape winding machine to wind the semiconductive tape during the manufacturing process, and the manufacturing speed is limited by the rotational speed capability of this tape winding machine. When the wire passes through the guide rollers during the manufacturing process or when it is wound onto the take-up citram, the insulated wire core shifts in one circumferential direction on the circumference. However, this method has the disadvantage that the spacing of the plurality of copper wires in the circumferential direction becomes uneven.

The present invention has been made in order to eliminate the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a cable in which the spacing between the copper wires between the copper wires and b is maintained evenly as a cable structure, and to It provides a means for manufacturing. That is, the present invention is similar to the conventional tape in that the semiconductive tape is made of a woven or nonwoven fabric of natural or synthetic fibers and a semiconductive rubber or plastic mixture, but it is different from the conventional tape. Unlike the semiconductive tape, one side is provided with a row of protrusions aligned in a certain direction, and the surface with the protrusion row is placed on the outside and is wound on the insulator of the cable. The present invention provides a copper wire electric cable in which copper wires are arranged one by one and wound horizontally, and at the same time, the above-mentioned semiconductive tape and copper wire are both vertically attached to the surface of the insulator of the cable as it progresses. In addition, these are the pitches of the rotation progress of the insulated wire core (100 to 500ff
), it is possible to manufacture a high-quality Jahei cable, and it also provides a manufacturing method with improved manufacturing efficiency since a tape winding machine is no longer required.

On the conductor 1, an inner semiconductive layer 2, an insulator 3, a semiconductive tape wrap (outer semiconductive layer) 4, a copper wire for insulation 5, and a plastic sheath 6 made of polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, etc. are sequentially arranged. It has been established. Figure 2 shows an example of the semiconductive tape used in the electrical cable shown in Figure 1, which is a woven fabric made of natural or synthetic fibers made of a rubber or plastic mixture mixed with conductive carbon black to make it conductive. Protrusions γ are formed on one side by processing cloth or nonwoven fabric with rolls or other means.
are arranged in several rows at regular intervals (four rows in the figure). Of course, the shape of this protrusion is not limited to the shape shown in the figure, but may be arbitrary.

The present invention has such a cable structure, and since one copper wire is arranged between the rows of protrusions in the longitudinal direction of the semiconductive tape, there is no possibility that the copper wire will collapse during the cable manufacturing process. Also, there is no need to wrap the insulated core of the cable at the rotating pitch (100 to 5000).
In particular, tape wrapping can be produced without the need for a machine.
