  1. 試験装置を介して供試品へ与える電源の圧熱極性を、供
    試品回路と一致させるための極性検知器、と、検知した
    極性に合わせて電源供給回路を自動的に切替える回路切
    替器とからなることを特徴とする電源極性切替装置。
