リード線、５は半田、６は熱収縮チューブ、７は熱硬化

を輪塗りし、さらに各々のリード線下方より前記隙間部

性チューブ６を加熱により収縮させることでガラス管内
の密封化を計ったことを特徴としたリード線付きガラス
