応して液合される凸部を有する上金型と、−前記下金型
の対向する凹部側壁に面会して配置する１対の第１コア
と、下金型の凹部底面に面会して配置する第２のコアと
からなるクリーニングブレード成形用金型であって、 第１のコアの少なくとも一方の内側面の７部に切欠部を
設け、該切欠部に５／１０００以下の精度で表面仕上げ
された板材を有する押圧機構を具備せしめ、成形時に該
押圧機構の板材表面の一部が、第２のコアの側面に押圧
されて密着してクリーニングブレードエッヂを成形する
ためのエッヂ部を形成してなることを特徴とするクリー
