Claims

The stator and the mover are provided with a recess on one side and six places on the other side that engage with the recess. Slanted surfaces facing each other are formed at the first and sixth points, and one end of an air supply path is opened in one of these sloped surfaces, and air is blown from this air supply path to the other sloped surface.
