蓋部材とからなり、該ハンドル部材はその一端部がドア
外側方向へ回転自在にドア側にヒンジ結合され、上記蓋
部材は、ドア内側方向へ１８０度で回転自在にハンドル
部材の他端部にヒンジ結合されてなることを特徴とする
