Abstract

PURPOSE:To use a fuelometer effectively and thus to enable also the indication of a flow rate of fuel, by switching the content of the indication via a vehicle speed detecting means, and thereby making an indicator indicate the flow rate of fuel at the time of stoppage of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:When an automobile is stopped, a selector switch 7 is switched to a contact S2 via a vehicle speed sensor 1, a vehicle speed decision circuit 8, etc., so as for a flow rate of fuel from a fuel flowmeter 3 to be indicated in an indicator 6. Accordingly, fuel consumption is indicated in the indicator 6 by the processing of outputs of a vehicle speed integration circuit 2 and a flow rate integration circuit 4 by a division circuit 5, and thus the flow rate of fuel can be indicated at the time of the stoppage of the vehicle by using effectively the fuelometer indicating the fuel consumption of zero.

量)bを除算回路5に入力する。除算回路5ではa/b
を求め、その結果を燃費として、表示手段としての表示
器6によシ表示する。こうして、車速及び燃料流量に対
し例えば第2図に示す如き燃費を表示するのである。
