検出するローラ温度検出素子と、この信号により設定温
度に制御する温度制御器とを有する複写機のローラ定着
装置において、ある所定の温度を検出する所定温度検出
素子をローラ近傍に設け、この所定温度検出素子が所定
の温度を検出するとヒータをオフするようにし、且つこ
の所定温度検出素子とローラ七の間隔がローラの動作状
況により異なるように制御する手段を設けたことを特徴
