案による超音波探触子の一実施例の構成図、第4図は第
3図に示すものの作用説明図である。
図面中、1は超音波振動子、2はダンパー材、3はくさ
び材、4は膜材、5はカプラント、6は被検体、7は超
音波、8.9は反射波、10゜11.12は境界面であ
