第１図はフラッシング油が循環できる通常のフラッシン
グ装置の説明図、第２図は、フラッシング油が循環でき
ない油圧回路の説明図、第３図は、フラッシング油が循
環できない油圧回路の従来の方法によるフラッシング装
置の説明図、第４図は、この考案によるフラッシング装
置の説明図であり、図中１はフラッシング油が循環でき
る被フラッシング回路、２はフィルタ、３は油圧発生装
置、４は油圧シリンダ、５はピストン、６は切換弁、７
は制御装置、８は逆止弁、９は可変紋りである。 なお図中、同一あるいは相当部分には、同一符号を付し
て示しである。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 油圧シリンダ等の作動油が循環できない機器を含む被フ
    ラッシング回路のフラッシング装置番、こおいて、フラ
    ッシング油を供給する油圧発生装置と、供給されたフラ
    ッシング油の油路を切換える切換弁と、被フラッシング
    回路の近傍に設置されフラッシング油を供給する回路と
    排出する回路を有し各々の回路には逆止弁をもち、かつ
    フラッシング油を供給する回路には、可変紋りを有する
    装置と、′　　切換弁を制御する制御装置と、戻り回路
    に接続されたフィルタとから構成され、フラッシング時
    には、油圧シリンダ等のυ［用油の回路と供給油の回路
    を分離させて、排出油と供給油の混合を避けるとともに
    可変紋りにより流速を制御してフラッジ゛　ング油の供
    給時に、フラッシング油を乱流にするようにしたことを
    特徴とするフラッシング装置。
