Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. プラテンに配置された印字用紙の横方向へ印字ヘッドを
    往復動させ、印字ヘッドに一体的に塔載されている印字
    手段に印字制御回路により印字情報信号を与えて印字手
    段に印字用紙に対して印字動作を行なわせるシリアルプ
    リンタにおいて、印字ヘッドの先端部であって印字手段
    の先端部を中心として印字ヘッドの往復動方向の両側に
    配置された発光素子とからなる２つの紙センサーを有し
    、これらの２つの紙センサーがともに印字用紙を検出し
    ている場合以外には印字制御回路からの印字情報信号を
    印字手段に与えないようにしたことを特徴とするシリア
    ルプリンタ。
