Claims (1)
サイドハウジングとによって形成され且つ吸入ポートと
吐出ポートとを有するケーシング内に上記センタハウジ
ングの中心に対して偏心状にロータを備えると共に、該
ロータに複数のベーンを放射方向に出退自在に装着して
上記ケーシング内に複数の圧縮室を画成するようにした
構成において、上記吐出ポートが形成されたサイドハウ
ジングの内側面に、該吐出ポートの上流位置から該吐出
ポートの側方位置にかけて、ロータの回転中心を中心と
し且つ該ロータの半径より小さな半径の円弧状のバイパ
ス溝を形成すると共に、該バイパス溝の下流部と吐出ポ
ートとを連通させる連通孔を形成する一方、上記ロータ
には、各ベーンの装着部属前位置に該ロータの外周面か
ら上記バイパス溝が形成されたサイドハウジングに対向
スる端面に通じるバイパス孔を形成し、圧縮室の前部が
吐出ポートに通じている時に該圧縮室の後部が上記バイ
パス孔、バイパス溝及び連通孔を介して吐出ポートに通
じるように構成したことを特徴とする回転圧縮機。A rotor is provided eccentrically with respect to the center of the center housing in a casing formed by a cylindrical center housing and side housings attached to both sides of the cylindrical center housing and having an intake port and a discharge port. On the other hand, a bypass hole is formed in the rotor at a position in front of the mounting portion of each vane, which communicates from the outer peripheral surface of the rotor to the end surface facing the side housing in which the bypass groove is formed, and the compression chamber is connected to the rotor. A rotary compressor characterized in that when the front part of the compression chamber communicates with the discharge port, the rear part of the compression chamber communicates with the discharge port through the bypass hole, the bypass groove, and the communication hole.
