られた循環ポンプと、前記酸洗槽内の吐出口近傍に設け
られた酸液加温用熱交換器と、酸洗槽上部に設けられた
開閉自在な蓋とを具備してなり、前記被洗浄材を、蓋封
された酸洗槽内で、前記巻取ドラムの正逆転駆動により
揺動させながら洗浄するようにしたことを特徴とする管
