Abstract

PURPOSE:To offer a hot air type space heating apparatus without requiring of an indoor installing space and a fuel drawing up means for heating of upstrairs room and the like by installing of the hot air type space heating apparatus at outdoor space. CONSTITUTION:An air is heated in a heat exchanger 6 by a heating source 5 located in a hot air type space heating apparatus main body 1 installed at outdoor space, then the hot air is blown through a blast duct 2a of a hot air blast and suction duct 2 by the pressure of a blower 4, further, blown into a room from a hot air blow-off port 13 in a room 11a. The indoor air is sucked into the blower 4 by the suction force thereof through a suction duct 2b from an indoor air suction port 15. Therefore, the indoor air is circulated through following system, that is, the suction duct 2b the blower 4 the heat exchanger 6 the blast duct 2a the room, thus, the room is heated. When the hot air blast and suction duct 2 is extended to the upstairs, the upstairs room heating is also possible, an installation work can be simplified by installing a fuel tank for the heating source 5 at outdoor space, accordingly, the fuel transferring for upstairs room is not required.

It consists of a combustion air intake port 9 and a combustion air exhaust port 10. 11 is a house with a heating load, and the mounting plate 1 attached to the window
The warm air supply/intake duct 2 passes through the room 1 in the house 11.
It is open to 1a. Figures 3 and 4 show the above chamber 11a.
This figure shows in detail the open state to the inside, where the air supply duct 2f1 of the hot air supply/intake duct 2 is connected to the hot air outlet 13, and the hot air flows into the room 11a through the rotatable outlet louver 14. It is now being sent. The air intake duct) 2b is connected to the indoor air suction port 15, and indoor air is sucked in through the suction port filter 16. Here, as shown in FIG. 3, the suction port 15 has a U-shape and opens into the room. Reference numeral 17 denotes a control box for controlling the warm air heater body 1, and includes a power switch 18 for the body 1, a room temperature control switch 19 for changing the blower air volume or the amount of combustion fuel for the body 1, and the like.

Next, the operation of this embodiment in the above configuration will be explained.
The air heated by the heat exchanger 6 from the heat source 5 in the hot air heater main body 1 installed outdoors is sent out through the air duct 2a of the hot air intake duct 2 by the pressure of the air blower @4, Room 1
The warm air is sent into the room from the hot air outlet 13 in 1a. The indoor air □ is drawn into the indoor air inlet 1 by the suction force of the blower 4.
5, the air is drawn into the blower 4 through the intake duct 2b. Therefore, indoor air circulates through the intake duct 2b -> blower 4 - heat exchanger 6 - air supply unit 2a - indoor route, heating the room.

As is clear from the above description, in the present invention, since the warm air heater main body 1 is provided outdoors, there is no need for installation space inside the room for heating, and the indoor space can be used effectively. Furthermore, if you extend the hot air intake duct to the second floor, it is possible to heat the room on the second floor. R5
Since the fuel tank can be installed outdoors, construction is simple, and in the case of liquid fuel, for example, there is an advantage that heating can be performed without transporting the fuel to the second floor. Also, to avoid heat leakage caused by installing a warm air duct outdoors, is the hot air intake duct 2 a double cavity duct? It consists of warm high-temperature air on the inside, and -1 comparison on the outside! 3) Since air is constantly flowing at a temperature of about 20°C, insulation material 3
There is also the advantage of being able to deal with this problem with something relatively simple.

FIG. 5 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which the hot air supply/intake duct 2 is extended to make it possible to heat a plurality of rooms. By providing the blower mork 21 and the blower 22 shown in FIG. 2, it is possible to extend the extension duct quite far.

In addition, the indoor opening shown in Figures 3 and 4 is shown in Figure 7.
The same effect can be obtained even if the air outlet I3 and the suction port 15 are provided separately as shown in FIG. Furthermore, as shown in Fig. 9 (if a motor-driven damper 23 and a motor-driven air supply/intake blower 24 are installed at the air outlet 13 and suction port 15), it is possible to heat each room individually when heating multiple rooms. The imbalance in the amount of heating air due to the difference in pressure loss in the duct system can be resolved by adjusting the opening degree of the damper 23 and the capacity of the air supply/intake blower 24. Since it is provided in the control box 17, the damper opening degree and ventilation function can be adjusted indoors.
