Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）遊星歯車減速装置の内歯々車を軽合金部材で構成
    するとともに、上記内歯々車の外周面に耐摩耗性の被膜
    処理層を形成したことを特徴とする遊星歯車減速装置。
  2. （２）軽合金部材はアルミニウム合金部材でなり、被膜
    処理層はアルマイト加工により形成されている実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の遊星歯車減速装置。
  3. （３）　　被膜処理層は金属メッキ層で形成されている
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の遊星歯車減速装置
    。
  4. （４）内歯々車は出力回転軸を軸支する中間機枠ととも
    に加圧ダイカスト鋳造法によって一体構成されている実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項乃至第３項のうちいずれか
    １項記載の遊星歯車減速装置。
