Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] 1. A part of the fixed plate is rotatably attached to the board, the other part is removably opposed to the board, and is magnetically attached to the opposing surface of the board or the fixed plate. A latching tool comprising a latching member provided on a substrate to which a permanent magnet is fixed, and which latches and fixes an object to be latched together with the substrate or fixed plate when the permanent magnet is magnetically attached to the permanent magnet. 2. The hanging tool according to claim 1, wherein the substrate is a magnetic or non-magnetic material. 3.
