Claims (1)
- 回転円板上に投入した等形菓子片が遠心力で円板周縁部
に分散移行して、この円板の外側を円板より遅い速度で
回行せる移送円板の環状移送路面に移乗し、これが移送
路を取囲む案内壁の内周に・ 沿って移送円板により
移送される間に菓子片が１列に整列するようにしたもの
において、前記移送円板の環状移送路面を、この円板の
円周に沿って起立させた環状壁の上面に設け、前記回転
円板はその周縁部が直径線上の一端側で前記移送路面の
高さに上昇し、他端側では路面より下降しつつ回行する
ように、円板の旋回平面を環状移送路面に対し傾斜させ
て前記環状壁の内側に設置するとともに、回転円板の周
縁部の上昇位置で、環状移送路に移乗する菓子片がその
菓子幅によって安定的に移送路面に受載され、かつ移送
路面に交叉して長手方向に移乗した菓子片は円板周縁部
の下降に伴いバランスを失って回転円板上へ落下するよ
う１こ予め環状移送路の路面幅を設定したことを特徴と
する菓子片の整列装置。
