イブ用トランジスタにてトランスの一次巻線に接続した
スイッチングトランジスタを駆動し、二次巻線側に直流
出力電圧を得るようにしたＤＣ−ＤＣコンバータにおい
て、前記スイッチングトランジスタがオン時に前記ドラ
イブ用トランジスタのエミッタ端子に負電圧を供給する
ようにしたことを特徴とするＤＣ−ＤＣコンバータ。A DC-DC device that uses a drive transistor that receives a square wave output signal from an oscillator to turn on and off, drives a switching transistor connected to the primary winding of the transformer, and obtains a DC output voltage on the secondary winding side.
