Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform measurement with higher accuracy, in surveying equipment in construction and engineering works, by combining a moving leveling rod having an illuminating apparatus with a fixed scale with graduations while measuring the difference of a survey point and a measured point in alignment with the fixed cscale.
