A non-current current limiting element, an insulating container that seals and houses the element, an upper lead wire that connects to one end of the built-in current limiting element, and a bolt-shaped lower part that connects to the other end of the current limiting element. A current limiting element unit consisting of a terminal is attached integrally to the upper part of the case body of the pole transformer, and the lower terminal is attached to the connecting fitting that is fitted and attached to the upper part of the hook-shaped hanging fitting. At the same time, the upper lead wire of the current limiting element, which has a bolt connector at the tip that pierces the insulation coating and comes into contact with the core wire through the needle-shaped connection part when tightened, is connected to a pole-mounted transformer made of insulated wire.
