視図である。 １・・・軸受要素、２・・・薄板部、３・・・ホルダ部
、４・・・軸受箱、５・・・回転軸、１１・・・軸受要
素、１２・・・板ばね、１３・・・接触部。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 曲げ剛性を有する薄板片と、該薄板片を片持支持するホ
    ルダとを具えた複数の軸受要素部材を軸受箱の内周面に
    沿って等間隔に配置し、前記ホルダを前記軸受箱に固定
    すると共に、前記薄板片の自由端を回転軸の回転方向に
    向けて延在させてなる空気軸受において、前記薄板片の
    自由端に板ばねを設け、該板ばねを前記回転方向側の隣
    接した薄板片の延在部に弾性接触させて、該弾性接触に
    より前記薄板片の振動を減衰させるようにしたことを特
    徴とする空気軸受。
