Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] 1. A paper guide device that guides moving recorded paper in a pen-type recording device, which includes an upper paper guide that guides the top surface of the paper and a lower paper guide that guides the bottom surface of the paper. A paper guide device for a pen-type recording device, wherein the upper paper guide integrally includes a curl presser that is inclined with respect to a paper feeding direction, and a frame that holds the curl presser. 2. In the paper guide device for a pen-type recording device according to claim 1 of the utility model registration claim, the frame has a spring portion extending across the paper transport path, and the spring portion is located near both edges of the paper. The spring part is characterized by having a small protrusion on the lower surface corresponding to the margin part, thereby raising at least the center part of the spring part.
