毒性ガスの入口側より煙用フィルター、乾燥剤、吸着剤
及び触媒の順に配置したこと。 3 実用新案登録請求の範囲1記載の薬剤缶にお′ い
て、乾燥剤がゼオライト及びシリカルゲルから成る群か
ら選択したものであること。 4 実用新案登録請求の範囲1記載の薬剤缶において、
吸着剤が活性炭素繊維シート又は粒状活性炭であること

ホブカライド系触媒の比表面積が140tri/f/以
