Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

A data acquisition start position is determined by adding a vibration damping angle for vibration damping of the rotary plate to the starting acceleration end position detected by the first detector and a detector for detecting the start acceleration end position of the rotary plate. A second detector for detection is arranged at a position where the same starting acceleration angle and the same vibration damping angle are obtained when the rotary plate rotates left and right, respectively, and when the rotary plate rotates left and right.
