Claims

(1) In a dynamic pressure type sliding bearing that is molded into a cylindrical shape from synthetic resin and has a groove for generating dynamic pressure on its inner peripheral surface,
The outer circumferential surface of the bearing is raised at a very small height in the circumferential direction to form a contact portion with the housing, and the inner circumferential surface of the bearing at a position corresponding to the contact portion is recessed in the circumferential direction to provide access to the housing.
