  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 紙製容器の上部壁面の開口部の胸囲に固定して取付けら
    れ、キャップを螺合するための円筒部を有する注ぎ日本
    体と、注ぎ日本体の円筒部に押下げ可能に嵌合され、下
    端部に、開口部周囲の内壁面に接着され開口部を閉塞す
    るアルミ箔を破断するための歯を設けた開栓筒部材とか
    らなる注ぎ口を開栓するための用具であって、 開栓筒部材とほぼ同径で、開栓筒部材の押下げストロー
    クにほぼ等しい軸長を有する円柱状部と、円柱状部の上
    部に連続して円柱状部の径方向に少なくとも周囲の一部
    において突出した突出部とを形成してなる開栓用具。
