Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] A first positive electrode pellet in a plate shape, a first separator, a negative electrode, a second separator, and a second positive electrode pellet in a ring shape are laminated in a sealed case. The battery is provided with a negative terminal that penetrates the sealed case through an insulator and reaches the negative electrode by penetrating the center hole of the second positive electrode pellet without contacting the first and second positive electrodes. A battery characterized in that a pellet is formed to have a larger diameter than a negative electrode, and a porous auxiliary member made of a compressible and deformable insulator is arranged around the negative electrode.
