杆をパイプ杆とパイプ杆に摺動可能に嵌合されるピン杆
とから形成し、円筒胴内軸方向中程に位置する邪魔板に
パイプ杆を挿通させて該パイプ杆によって中程部邪魔板
を保持すると共に、軸方向両端部附近に位置する邪魔板
にピン杆を止着して該ピン杆によって両端部邪魔板を保
持し、さらに邪魔板に貫設される伝熱管挿通孔の孔縁に
