Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the workability of assembling by fastening a couple of waveguide flanges with a tightening member formed incorporatedly so that its profile and cross section are formed in U shape at room temperature. CONSTITUTION:The tightening member 5 is heated to a transformation temperature or over and deformed at the connection of waveguides 2a, 2b and after the member 5 is mounted from the end face of the couple of the waveguide flanges 1a, 1b, the temperature of the tightening member 5 is decreased to room temperature. Thus, since the tightening member 5 is restored to the shape as shown in the figure, the couple of the waveguide flanges 1a, 1b are tightened by the elastic force of the folded part.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] This invention describes the well-known history of three-dimensional circuits that can be assembled into electronic devices.1 Three-dimensional circuits for electronic and electronic devices are intricately intricately composed of waveguides and microcomponents, and each connection is made using waveguides. This is done through a pipe flange.

まず、従来の導波管の接続方法について説明する。First, a conventional waveguide connection method will be explained.
