吸音ユニットを隣接させ、これら吸音ユニット相互間若
しくは各吸音ユニットにおいて前記エアースペースの間
隔を連続的若しくは階段状に変化させ、前記アルミニウ
ム多孔質焼結板の前面は開孔板で包囲することを特徴と
