図イ９口のポペット弁を備えたリリーフ弁のリリーフ流
量を比較する特性図である。 図において、４は流入口、５は流出口、７は弁孔、９は
弁座、１２は弁ホルダ−，１２ｆは囲い壁、１４は弁シ
ート、１４ｐは弁シート面、１６は閉止バネをそれぞれ
示す。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 流入圧力が設定値を越えると開弁じて被制御流体を通過
    させるリリーフ弁において、 剛体のホルダーに弁シートを保持させ、この弁ホルダー
    に閉弁方向のバネ圧が作用するように閉止バネを設ける
    と共に、弁゛ホルダーに、弁座を囲むように、弁シート
    面より高く突出した囲い壁を設けことを特徴とするリリ
    ーフ弁。
