The main seal part and the dust seal part are divided, and in order to prevent the main lip of the main seal part from moving in the radial direction due to the increase in gas pressure in the reservoir chamber and being pressed against the outer circumferential surface of the piston rod, the inner periphery of the main seal part is separated.
