Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] 1. In a sealed battery in which at least one electrode terminal portion is attached to a sealing plate, at least one of a pair of concave rivets and convex rivets attached to the sealing plate as an electrode terminal component is kept at a constant temperature. A sealed battery characterized by having an explosion-proof function using shape-memory alloy rivets that are memorized in a shape that creates a gap between the rivets when the rivets reach each other. 2. The concave rivet is made of aluminum and has a through hole in its center, and the convex rivet is made of a shape memory alloy, and the outer diameter of the leg is memorized into a shape smaller than the inner diameter of the leg of the concave rivet.
