夫々を、該配管部分の双方に設けたフランジによりタイ
ロッドを介して連結すると共に、該タイロッドに作用す
る軸方向の力を調整して前記フランジに支持し得るよう
にした弾性部材を設けたことを特徴とするユニバーサル
